We’ve chosen to name this property “Chenier” for the same reason that we wanted to capture the essence of the creole plantation style of architecture in our design.... to evoke the imagery of coastal Louisiana, and pay homage to its proud history and traditions.  

In keeping with that philosophy, we have taken extraordinary steps in every phase of the property’s design and construction to not only preserve, but to proudly display the many magnificent oaks located throughout the property.  The end result is a harmony of man and his home with nature, in keeping with our area’s unique ancestry.
